Preparing for an Open House
Ensuring your home receives maximum exposure is a key part of any home sale. To further maximize exposure, I may recommend you hold an open house as soon as the property goes on the market,pursuant to local by-laws or condominium rules.
Most open houses for the public are held on a weekend afternoon (usually 2-4 pm) when potential buyers often have more time, but occasionally we recommend an "after work" open house between 5-8pm to catch the eyes of people returning home. I know that people who love where they live want their friends and family to enjoy living nearby too - so my open house is designed to capture the attention of the maximum number of people who would know the Buyers we are reaching out.
