We rented out our house while we were away for a year. Heather knew everything about leases and negotiations. She showed our house to prospective tenants and did credit checks. She was invaluable. And once we found tenants, she was our property manager. She dealt with any problem quickly, always making sure that our interests were taken care of while also keeping the tenants happy. We had two sets of tenants, and they both told us how pleased they were with her.
